Yes! We bring everything required for the massage, including ergonomic chairs and supplies, so there’s nothing for you to worry about.
Our therapists arrive fully equipped with everything needed for a seamless, relaxing experience. This includes an ergonomic massage chair, sanitising wipes, hand sanitiser, necessary medical paperwork, and calming background music for chair massage sessions. For desk massages, no additional chair is required.

   How much space do you need?

Chair massage requires minimal space — just a small conference room or an open area around 2×2 meters. This ensures the therapist can move around comfortably during the session without disrupting your workspace.

   What happens during an office massage?

Our therapists arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up and prepare the space. Before each session, employees will complete a medical consultation form to ensure there are no contraindications and to highlight any areas needing special attention.
Employees will sit in a specially designed chair, fully clothed, while our therapist targets common tension areas like the neck, back, and shoulders.
